Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Floral Alchemy provides holistic wellness services, including but not limited to distant and in-person energy healing sessions, flower essence consultations, and group events or experiences. Services may be offered in-person (Calgary) or online.

2. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance and are required to be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all services and secures your appointment time.

Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit/debit card, and cash (for in-person sessions where applicable).

Packages and installment payment plans may be offered at the discretion of Floral Alchemy.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

- No-shows will not receive a refund.

- Booking deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is permitted with adequate notice and reasonable use. Excessive rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.

If Floral Alchemy needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For outdoor or weather-dependent events, sessions may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Floral Alchemy.

4. Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened to respect other scheduled appointments. In some cases, time may be extended if availability allows, but this is not guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions.

Participation in services is voluntary, and clients agree to take full responsibility for their own choices, actions, and results.

6. Minors

Services may be provided to individuals under the age of 18 with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded only upon client request and with mutual consent. Recordings are provided for personal use only and will be deleted by Floral Alchemy within approximately 3 days of delivery.

Clients are responsible for saving any recordings for their own future access.

8. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

Floral Alchemy reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to harassment (verbal, physical, or sexual).

In such cases, refunds may not be provided.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward the practitioner, other participants, and any physical space or property.

Clients may be held responsible for any damage to property or theft occurring during sessions or events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Floral Alchemy are the intellectual property of Floral Alchemy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Session recordings are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Floral Alchemy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services, events, or use of this website.

Clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.

11. Force Majeure

Floral Alchemy shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

12. Changes to Terms

Floral Alchemy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada
