    • With 1:1 client sessions, based on the clients wants and consent, sessions may be recorded and shared privately with the client for personal use. Recording are stored temporarily and will be deleted within approximately 3 days after being provided unless stated otherwise and agreed upon with client. Clients are responsible for saving any recordings for their own future access.

  • Information is used to track progress, support of continuity of care, and personalize future sessions.

  • Client notes are stored securely and accessed only as necessary to provide services.

  • All personal information and session details shared by clients are kept private and confidential, and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law or necessary to provide services.
