One of the most important things after releasing energetic blockages and stored emotions is to fill that space within.
The event will last for 2 hours within an Energy Enhancement System- a room filled with 4 frequency machines, sharing scalar waves and light waves to help us shed the past, regulate our nervous systems, and come into alignment with our true expression and states of being.

Introduction to Energy Enhancement System: Developed by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, a room aiming to promote cellular regeneration, detoxification, enhanced immune function, and deep restoration.
Flower Essence: topically or orally used to assist in balancing emotions, reduce stress, and support mental well-being.
Guided Breathing and Meditation: Creating a safe space to arrive in the body, calming the mind, and entering into a state of receptivity.
Group Energy Healing: A focus on releasing less than desirable emotions such as; anxiety, shame, fear, anger, scarcity, and others.

45 minutes of dance following the group energy healing is to make healing fun- clearing the field of the past, anchoring to our joy, empowerment, authenticity, creativity- and getting out of the mind, into the heart and body.
